At Bal Bharat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion choices aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

  Pickup and Inspection

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep within 48 hours for a quality check at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once the inspection is successful, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
